The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved recently, the incorporation of UB Loon Institute as a separate entity from the University of Bohol main effective December 18, 2009.
As this developed, a transitory set of officers were elected, namely: Dr. Jes B. Tirol, president, Dr. Nuevas T. Montes, vice president, Mrs. Maria Antoniette Recamadas, treasurer and Mrs. Ophie Edaño, acting registrar. (Michalle Wong-Guillena)
