Aimee Rose J. Lofranco, a student of the University of Bohol and former editor–in– chief of “Lamp bearer’s Voice”, official publication of the UB High School Evening Session, 8 has been awarded 1st place winner during the Visayas Culture Page Writing Competition-Secondary Level, organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in celebration of the National Arts Month last February.
The awarding ceremony will be held on June 13, 2010 at 4:00 p. m and will be aired live over National Broadcasting Network (NBN) 4 during the NCCA’s Sining Gising television program, hosted by Cecile Guidote-Alvarez, former NCCA executive director.
